You have a repeated task that takes time or costs money, but want to understand whether AI is a sensible fit before commissioning work. Bring one process to examine rather than an open-ended list of projects.

What is included

  • Intake to frame one costly or repetitive process.
  • A 90-minute virtual assessment, including a demonstration of relevant AI potential.
  • A short plan with a practical recommendation and an honest benefit estimate.

From an idea to a decision

The initial assessment is $250 USD plus applicable tax, prepaid. You can stop after the assessment and use the recommendation to decide what comes next. The estimate is a basis for discussion, not a promise of measurable savings.

Optional implementation

For a separate $500 USD plus applicable tax, a follow-up implements one agreed small workflow and teaches you how to use it. Before purchasing, agree the written scope with Keegoid, including deliverables, acceptance criteria, and cancellation/refund terms. Timing is agreed in that scope.

Larger integrations and broader projects are individually scoped as an implementation and quoted separately. They are outside this $500 follow-up.
