Business AI assessment
$250 USD plus applicable tax, prepaid. Includes intake, a 90-minute virtual assessment of one costly or repetitive business process, a demonstration of relevant AI potential, and a short plan with a practical recommendation and an honest benefit estimate. Benefits are estimates; measurable savings are not guaranteed.

For personal and business AI assessments, contact [email protected] to request cancellation or rescheduling. Cancel before the scheduled session or assessment begins for a full refund. If Keegoid cancels and you do not agree to a replacement time, your payment is refunded.

Agree the written scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timing, and cancellation/refund terms before purchase. Acceptance is confirmed in writing against those criteria. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate quote and your approval.

Business implementation follow-up
$500 USD plus applicable tax, purchased separately. This optional follow-up after a business assessment implements one agreed small workflow and teaches you how to use it. Agree the written scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timing, and cancellation/refund terms before purchase. Acceptance is confirmed in writing against those criteria. Larger integrations and work outside the agreed scope require a separate quote and your approval.

Larger implementation projects
Each implementation is individually scoped. Typical projects are $2,500–$5,000 USD; the individual project quote determines scope and price. Payment is 50% deposit and 50% at acceptance.
Your project quote states the deliverables and acceptance criteria. Acceptance occurs when you confirm in writing that those criteria have been met. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate quote and your approval.
Your quote states the cancellation terms and treatment of the deposit before you approve the project and pay the deposit.
